Dr Grant Lester is a consultant forensic psychiatrist employed by the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health, Victoria.
His background is in prison and high security forensic psychiatry. He was previously Director of Training for the Victorian Forensic Psychiatry Program and is currently a member of the Victorian Mental Health Tribunal. Since the mid 90’s he has researched those who would be best described as querulant and vexatious complainants and litigants.
His research has been published in both legal and psychiatric journals.

Dike graduated from the Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota in 1984 and completed his Family Practice Residency at the Shasta Cascade Program in Redding, California in 1987.
He served as an Emergency Room Physician at Redbud Community Hospital in Clearlake, California for a full year after residency. Dr. Drummond practiced full spectrum Family Medicine for 11 years as a member of the Skagit Valley Medical Center in Mount Vernon, Washington. He was also the Chairman of the Executive Committee and Managed Care Medical Director for that organization.
Dr. Drummond suffered from career ending burnout and left his medical career in 1999 to become an Entrepreneur beginning with his Interactive Guided Imagery Practice.
He served as COO of Superteams, LLC providing Leadership and Facilitation training to Lean Six Sigma Black Belts in all branches of the US Military.
Born in a small Indian village, at the age of five he lost complete contact with his family when he was lost at a train station while waiting for his brother.

Adventurer, environmentalist and writer Huw Kingston has spent over 30 years undertaking long human powered journeys in wild places across the world. He has numerous awards to his name including the Australian Geographic Spirit of Adventure Award and was named one of Time Magazine’s 25 Worldwide Responsibility Pioneers for his work reducing plastic waste and pollution. Huw is also an ambassador for Save the Children Australia and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.

Adjunct Professor Steve Hambleton MBBS FAMA FRACGP (hon) FAICD UQ
Dr Steve Hambleton is a former Federal President and Vice-President of the Australian Medical Association (AMA) 2009-2014. He was the State Manager of the corporate medical centre provider Foundation Healthcare in Queensland (now IPN) in 2001. He was President of AMA Queensland in 2005-6 and served on the AMA Council of General Practice at a State and Federal level for more than 15 years. He is president of the AMAQ Foundation.
Dr Hambleton was the AMA representative on the National Immunisation Committee from 2006-2010 and was a member of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee 2007 -2009. He became a member of the AMA Taskforce on Indigenous Health in 2005 and was Chair from 2009 to 2014. He is on the Board of the QLD Aboriginal and Islander Health Council.
Dr Hambleton joined the Board of Avant Mutual Group Limited in November 2014 and is recently retired from the Board of the Australasian Medical Publishing Company. He is a Member of the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care’s ‘Australian Atlas of Healthcare Variation Advisory Group.’ Dr Hambleton is deputy chair of the Australian Digital Health Agency Expansion Program and Co-Sponsor of the clinical reference group and clinical programs.
In April 2015 he was appointed the Chair of the Primary Health Care Advisory Group to investigate options to provide better care for people with complex and chronic illness, and is currently on the Health Care Homes Implementation Advisory Group.
He is also Deputy Chair of the Medicare Benefits Schedule Review Taskforce.
In 2018, Dr Hambleton was appointed as a Director of the Digital Health CRC.
Dr Hambleton was awarded an honorary Fellowship of the RACGP in September 2014, and the AMA’s Gold Medal in May of 2015 for services to his profession.

He was once reported in a medical magazine as “the guru” in Practice Management.
He has been the National President of the Australian Association of Practice Managers and President of NSW Branch. Gary has been awarded a Life Membership to AAPM in recognition of his exceptional commitment to AAPM and outstanding contribution to AAPM both at State and National level.
Gary represents his Association on a number of Commonwealth Government health related advisory boards, task groups and expert standing committees in the health care sector.
He holds an Academic position with University of New England Partnerships where he also presents in their Professional Practice Management Program. He holds Board Directorships with the Australian Association of Practice Management, General Practice Workforce Tasmania, Australian General Practice Accreditation Ltd (AGPAL) and is Chairman of Quality Innovation Performance (QIP), Australia’s largest accrediting body for primary healthcare and community. He has been appointed by the New South Wales Government as a Board member to the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District Board.
