This interactive presentation uses case scenarios to highlight the complex issues of managing staff. It is often discussed in the media about workplace agreements and your legal responsibilities but what does that mean? When staff are ‘managed out’ is there a safe way to do this with problematic staff members, and how do you avoid issues before they arise? The panel of experts will explore these issues among others and there will also be plenty of time for you to ask questions and discuss areas of concern.
