The following terms and conditions apply to events delivered by the Australian Association of Practice Management (AAPM).
All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified in the fee.
AAPM reserves the right to change the event program and content at any time to something of equivalent standard or better standard.
You are expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner at all events. AAPM reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to an AAPM event, or eject any person from an AAPM event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by AAPM staff/or its agents and others working under its authority.
Canvassing by delegates is strictly prohibited at AAPM events. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event except by approved event partners. Any person violating this policy will be asked to leave the event, and AAPM members may be liable to have their membership revoked.
Cancellations must be received via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than the 5:00pm AEST Friday 20 September 2019 in order to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided after this date. We may seek confirmation of payment details via phone for security reasons.
Registration and Payment
Event registration is made online via the AAPM website or the AAPM conference website, with full payment required at time of registration via credit card. Registration is confirmed on receipt of payment via email notification. Unless payment in full is received prior to the event, you are not registered to attend.
Substitutions must be advised via email (email@example.com) at least 48 hours prior to event.
Should an event be cancelled, varied or postponed due to situations which affect the presenter, insufficient registrations, or other reasons outside of our control, we will provide you with the option to obtain a refund for the registration fee.
AAPM members who register and attend events will automatically have CPD points allocated to their membership profile within 1 week of conclusion of the event.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates of attendance will be emailed to attendees within 1 week of conclusion of an event.
In registering for an AAPM event, you grant permission to AAPM, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of images/videos containing your image/likeness. AAPM may use these images for promotion, news, online/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes.
You must not make any digital recording of an AAPM event.
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in material presented at an AAPM event belong AAPM or the presenter. You agree not to infringe on the presenter’s intellectual property rights by copying or otherwise sharing material you receive in relation to the event.
Limitation of Liability: You remain solely responsible for any personal items you bring to the event. Any items left in a cloak room at the venue are subject to the venue’s terms and conditions. While we aim to find presenters who are qualified to deliver the content of the event, we take no responsibility for any information presented which is incorrect or out of date. You agree to release AAPM from all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by you in connection with your attendance at the event, subject to the extent that the loss or damage is caused or contributed to by AAPM.
